It was just a good match for a holiday in Cleveland with very good value for money. I loved the popcorn machine in the dining area for a fun afternoon snack.

Had an awesome time with friends! We hit up the nearby game room for some air hockey and pinball, then enjoyed live music at a cool spot. The location was super convenient for exploring. Pro tip, the complimentary breakfast is a great way to kick off your day.

The only downside was a funky smell in the lobby when we arrived, which was kind of off-putting.

The breakfast area definitely needs some attention. the rug from the mezzanine to the breakfast section looked filthy and should be cleaned. The toasters felt more like they belonged in a home than a hotel, which made toasting a chore. We also encountered a pancake machine that didn’t work, leaving us craving better options such as Belgian waffles. The floors in the room felt unclean despite not being visibly dirty, as my white socks turned black during our stay. A musty smell lingered in the lobby, which didn’t set the best tone upon arrival.

Comfortable bed, but shower didn’t get hot enough for a pleasant experience.

The hotel’s beautiful old architecture and spacious rooms made me feel right at home. The tall ceilings and large windows allowed so much light in. it was a delight to experience such grandeur during my stay.

the location was excellent, just a short walk to our event. some staff members were really friendly and greeted us warmly. the suite we stayed in was comfortable for our family. overall, it had a nice atmosphere, which makes it a decent option for families.

We enjoyed an incredible stay, especially the complimentary finger foods during the evening. The staff were genuinely friendly, and the beautiful view from our room added a touch of magic. Make sure to take advantage of the late checkout option if you need to relax a bit longer!

The location provided easy access to downtown attractions, which was a major plus. However, the condition of the room was disappointing. the bathroom looked dated, and the noisy AC made it hard to sleep. On a positive note, the breakfast was better than expected, featuring fresh seasonal fruits alongside hot options. Overall, it felt like the hotel was caught between charm and wear.
